Everyone has family conflict. It refers to the active opposition between family members. Basically, any conflict that occur within a family between husbands and wives, parents and children, between siblings, or with extended family members. While family relationships can bring support, joy, and other wonderful benefits into our lives, these relationships can also bring us the most pain, make us suffer, and distress us, particularly when there's unresolved conflict. Occasional tension or arguments are a normal part of family life as family members are highly emotionally attached. But at the same time, conflicts at home are the most challenging to face, there are things we can do to stop conflict from getting worse. There are different ways of dealing with family conflict.
